Biography
I’m Andrey, co-founder of FLUC — a small creative studio working with startups and growing teams.
I work across motion, design, UI/UX, branding, and visual storytelling, helping teams communicate ideas clearly and with intention. After years working with agencies, I started FLUC to work closer to the people behind the product, with fewer layers and more focus on understanding context, goals, and constraints.
At FLUC, we collaborate with a small number of clients at a time so we can actually become part of their process. Not just delivering assets, but building shared understanding over time. That leads to better decisions, smoother workflows, and work that feels aligned instead of rushed.
Most teams don’t need just one creative role. One week it’s motion, the next it’s product visuals, UI details, or brand systems. We bring those capabilities together and work as an extension of the team.
