After 8+ years in design, I help small, design-led DTC brands look bigger and more established online without months of custom ecommerce work.I previously led design and development at a Paris-based digital studio, building fully custom stores for DTC brands. From that experience, I distilled a focused process for a specific profile of small brands, translating strong identities into well-positioned ecommerce experiences in a fraction of the time of traditional agency projects.
After seeing DTC brands of similar size and catalog type show up with the same needs time and time again, I've summarized what's always necessary and systematized it into a process that combines perfectly with a personalized diagnosis of each client's specific situation and leaves a controlled open space for creative exploration while still being efficient and providing a timely delivery.
